Staff Training Film

There is a tape called Staff Training Film - TV credited to "John Baker with Delia Derbyshire" and produced by P. Thompson; its catalogue entry is dated April 1971.[1]
It's not clear whether they created music/effects for a staff training film or whether it is they on the tape who explain things to BBC staff.
