Delia created music and treated sound[1] for an episode entitled The World in Silence cased on a story by John Rankine,[2] produced by Naomi Capon for the BBC TV series Out Of The Unknown.

W. in S., presumably her shorthand for it, is mentioned in Delia's handwritten list of pieces she was thinking of using for the Brighton Festival.[3]
