DD018 is the Initial Catalogue number of one of Delia's Attic Tapes.
This song appears to be a a very rare song called '[[Harmonium Horatio' by Rossini's Accordian Band (directed by Harry Bidgood) published 1935 on the Crown label. Finding out Delia (one of my heroes) also loved this crazily obscure song made me smile![1]
