City Music is what they called Delia's additional incidental music for the TV programme Time On Our Hands when it was released on the album The BBC Radiophonic Workshop - A Retrospective in 2008.

The lowest smears are 50Hz noise, coinciding with the presence of the bass notes, presumably contracted from poor equipment on which the makeup track was prepared.
