Dear Miss Derbyshire,

     Thank you for your letter of the 23rd March.   I return enclosed
your membership card duly endorsed for free associateship.

     Our National Film Theatre Programme booklet is not automatically
mailed to free associates of the Institute, but if you would kindly
complete the enclosed application form and return it with a postal
order for 2/6d. I will see that our programmes are sent to you as they
are published.
