There is one half-side of manuscript in her papers[1] entitled Finnish, which is also mentioned in the makeup used to create the ICI Fashion Show sound track.[2].

Closer inspection reveals that it is, in fact, the final bars of Pot Au Feu so may just be the "finish" of that piece. The reference in the ICI fashion show may be to this fragment used to make that soundtrack, which suggests that "Finnish" is Delia's name for this piece of makeup, used in both pieces or that Finnish was a short piece she made for one purpose, then included in Pot Au Feu, which does have an air of being a collage. Other example of this collage style are the ICI Fashion Show and the music for the Brighton Festival.
