DD100945 is the signed agreement between Kaleidophon and Mr M. Leonard on behalf of the Association of Electrical Engineers for his The Coloured Wall exhibit at the A.E.E. Exhibition in Earls Court, London, dated 26th March 1968 (the day the exhibition opened).

A G R E E M E N T   between
K A L E I D O P H O N   and
Association of Electrical Engineers  Exhibition (Earls Court 1968).



The electronic sound-track used for the exhibit 'The Coloured
Wall' by Mr. M. Leonard remains entirely the property of
Kaleidophon, and may not be used in whole or in part on any
occasion other than the above-mentioned exhibition.

The sound-track or any part there-of shall not be re-recorded,
cut or altered in any way.

This agreement does not cover film, television or broadcasting
rights, which are retained by 'Kaleidophon'.
