Sisters with Transistors is a 2020 film by Lisa Rovner, narrated by Laurie Anderson, with a generous section about each of a range of early female electronic musicians including Clara Rockmore, Daphne Oram, Bebe Barron, Pauline Oliveros, Delia Derbyshire, Maryanne Amacher, Eliane Radigue, Suzanne Ciani, and Laurie Spiegel.[1]
It has three separate sections devoted to Delia including the entirety of her 1965 presentation of her techniques for Tomorrow's World.
Despite its femminist angle, it is well-researched, musicologically deep and has an almost continuous smorgasbord of rare archival video footage.
