Li Yuan-chia
Delia's signature under Li's in 1977

After she left the BBC, Delia worked and lived[1] with Chinese artist Li Yuan-chia at his LYC Museum and Art Gallery at Bank Farm House in Cumbria.

He is portrayed in the Standing Wave play as a close friend and gentle supporter of Delia in late 70s when her disastrous marriage to David Hunter was falling apart.
