DD003 is the Initial Catalogue number of one of Delia's Attic Tapes,

It is Delia's cassette recording of Piers Plowright's 1996 radio programme Third Words: The Radio Feature, which mentions Inventions for Radio, the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, Delia, and "The Evenings of Certain Lives", and on the B side is an excerpt from a 1997 episode of "The Afternoon Shift" with interviews with Peter Howell and Elizabeth Parker.
