Notes
The Muirhead is a precision sine wave oscillator, B & K is a frequency-modulated sine wave oscillator (a.k.a. the Wobbulator), while the TR90 and BTR2 are tape recorders.
The last line reads "Recorded on the BTR2 [tape recorder] at seven and a half inches per second and played back at fifteen inches per second."
